The service
Hazmoneh provides tools to design, publish and send digital invitations and to collect replies. Free features may change; paid upgrades apply to one invitation and are not subscriptions.
Your content
You keep ownership of the words, pictures and music you upload. You confirm you have the right to use them. We may remove content that is unlawful, abusive, or used to send unsolicited mail.
Sending
Only send invitations to people you know and who expect to hear from you. Sending limits apply per day and per invitation. Addresses that bounce or complain are blocked from further mail.
Payments and refunds
Upgrades are charged once per invitation through our payment provider. If an upgraded feature does not work and we cannot fix it, we refund the upgrade.
Availability
We work hard to keep invitations reachable, but we cannot promise uninterrupted service. Keep your own copy of the guest list; export it from the studio at any time.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the invitation concerned.
