Hazmoneh lets a host design an invitation and send it to guests. This page explains what we store and why, in plain words.
What a host gives us
Your email address (to sign in and send receipts), the words and pictures of your invitation, your guest list (names and, if you add them, phone numbers and email addresses), and payment records from our payment provider. We never see or store card numbers.
What a guest gives us
When a guest opens an invitation we record that it was opened, on what kind of device, and the reply they send (name, number of guests, a note). This is shown to the host who invited them and to nobody else.
What we do not do
- We do not sell or share guest lists or email addresses.
- We do not list invitations on search engines; every link is unguessable and marked not to be indexed.
- We do not send marketing email to guests.
Invitation emails are sent through a transactional email provider on the host's behalf. The email says who invited you. We record whether it was delivered and opened so the host knows.
Where it lives
Data is stored on Cloudflare's network. Uploaded images and music are stored in Cloudflare R2.
Removing your data
A host can delete an invitation and its guest list at any time from the studio. A guest can ask the host to remove them, or write to us at hello@hazmoneh.com.
Cookies
We use one cookie to keep a host signed in. Guest pages set no cookies; a guest's own browser may remember a mute choice and the link to change a reply.
